TERMS OF USE

This website is operated by HUSTLE CYCLE FITNESS LLC ("HUSTLE", "HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") govern your relationship with HUSTLE, including, but no limited to, your use of the HUSTLE Website www.hustlecyclestudio.com (the "Website") and the HUSTLE Mobile Application (the "App"), your purchase of classes, memberships, your rights to cancel your membership, your registration for classes, your communication with HUSTLE, and your use of and attendance at HUSTLE studio.

HUSTLE reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, in our sole discretion by posting such changes on the Site and App. By using the Site or App following any modifications to the Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by any such modifications to the Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Site or App.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing up for and/or attending HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO classes, activities, and other programs provided by us, and using HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO premises, facilities, and equipment (collectively, “Classes and Facilities”), you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling, studio classes, and exercise. You hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to Classes and Facilities. 

Waive, release and forever discharge HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the Classes and Facilities.

Represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending and/or using any of HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO’s Classes and Facilities and/or put you in any physical or medical danger and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.

HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO hereby advises you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in using HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO’s Classes and Facilities and are advised against doing so. In addition, if in the opinion HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO staff, you would be at physical risk using HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO’s Classes and Facilities, you will be denied access to HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO and its Classes and Facilities until you furnish HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO’s concerns, and stating that HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO’s concerns are unfounded. If you decline to obtain such a letter, you will not be permitted to use the Classes and Facilities of HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO.

MEMBERSHIPS AND CREDITS 

Your membership becomes active on the date purchased. Afterward, monthly fees are due on the same day of each succeeding month. It is your responsibility to notify us by email at info@hustlecyclestudio.com, to cancel your membership at any time. If payment has already been drafted on the renewal date, you will not be refunded the cost of the renewal and your membership will be canceled prior to the next renewal date.

To book a class, your account must have a least one credit. You can purchase credits from our Site or App. You should be aware that classes and credits expire. Price details for membership and credit are available on our Site or App and are subject to change.

VALUABLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

I acknowledge that I have been urged to avoid bringing valuables onto the Facilities and that HUSTLE CYCLE STUDIO shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to my personal property, including items left in lockers, bathrooms, studios, or anywhere else in the Facilities. I acknowledge that no portion of any fees paid by me is in consideration for the safeguarding of valuables.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservation via your account using the Site or App. To avoid loss of credit or a late cancellation fee, you must cancel at least 8 hours before the start of the class. If you fail to cancel within the cancellation window or no-show will result in a loss of the class. If you are a monthly unlimited client and do not cancel within the cancellation window, you will receive a $15 late cancellation fee. If you do not cancel and are a no-show, you will receive a $20 no-show fee.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you join a waitlist but no longer wish to attend the class, you should cancel the reservation. If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified by email. If you are not present for class, it will result in a loss of credit or a no-show fee.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Cell phone usage is prohibited in the cycle room during class. We encourage you to use your time in class to unplug. We also understand life happens if you need to use your phone, we ask you to step out of the room and let your instructor know. If you need assistance with cycle shoes or bike set up, please arrive at the studio 15 to 20 minutes before class. We at HUSTLE want to be mindful and respectful of your time. When setting up your bike, please remember to tighten all the knobs. We want you to have the best experience and the bike is part of it.
